Botox results can last up to 4 months for moderate to severe frown lines. Botox will start working 5-7 days after the treatment with a gradual increase to the final result, which is achieved around 10-14 post-treatment.

Most appointments are 30-60 minutes. Depending on the procedure, we will advise you of your treatment time, preparation requirements prior to your booking.

Since there is no evidence based research on the safety of receiving injectables while pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend avoiding injectables during this time. Enjoy this time and we look forward to seeing you when the timing is right for you.

CANCELATION/NO SHOW POLICY

You will be charged a$50.00 fee for any late cancellations or no shows to your appointment. This charge will automatically be added to your file, and will require payment on your next date of service.

RETURN/REFUND

If I buy something from La Sur, can I return it?

Given the nature of the business, returns are almost never possible.  However, if you are ever not satisfied with your treatment we welcome you to come in and chat with us so we can make it right.

Unfortunately, any purchases, including gift cards, packages, promotions, memberships, botox, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, ZO, supplements, IPL, all facials, and any other service/treatment/product offered by La Sur, are non-refundable.  In rare circumstances, La Sur may provide a partial return, at the sole discretion of La Sur.

BILLING/INSURANCE

We do not do direct billing to insurance, however we are happy to assist with documentation needed for benefits.
